Remembering Richard Paegelow: KU International Affairs mourns the loss of an extraordinary global citizen whose decades-long dedication as an advisory board member profoundly enriched our community. His establishment of the Richard Paegelow Scholarship for Study at the Universidad de Costa Rica ensures his legacy endures, empowering future KU students to experience the transformative study abroad opportunities he championed since his own Junior Year Abroad to Costa Rica in 1969.
