2023 International Education Week
International Education Week: Nov. 13 to 17
A joint initiative between the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education, International Education Week recognizes and celebrates the benefits of international education and exchanges worldwide.
Annually, the week promotes programs that prepare Americans for a global world and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn and exchange experiences in the United States.
Share your International Education Story
In celebration of International Education Week, KU International Affairs wants to hear Jayhawks’ international education stories. KU has a rich history of international education and research. These experiences have transformed our students, faculty, staff and alumni and add to the fabric of our institution.
KUIA will share your story on its website and social media platforms.
Coordinating an IEW Event
To help promote international engagement during IEW, when submitting events on the KU Calendar, use the tag 'International Education Week' for all globally themed events happening between Nov. 13 and 17.
