The Fulbright Program is the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. The Fulbright Program administers grant opportunities in more than 160 countries and has provided approximately 370,000 participants with the opportunity to study, teach, or conduct research in each others' countries and exchange ideas. Approximately 8,000 competitive, merit-based grants are awarded annually in most academic disciplines and fields of study.

Brian Rosenblum Receives Fulbright Specialist Award to Ghana

Brian Rosenblum, co-director of the Institute for Digital Research in the Humanities at the University of Kansas, has received a Fulbright Specialist Award to lead a six-week course in digital humanities at the University of Ghana this semester.
