Curriculum Development

The George and Eleanor Woodyard International Educator Award recognizes outstanding contributions in teaching, research, and service that significantly strengthen the university's international dimension. The award includes a $1,000 stipend and is announced publicly during the fall semester.

Internationalizing the Curriculum is part of an on-going effort to internationalize the curriculum at KU. International Programs offers an $850 stipend each spring to faculty who develop a new international course or significantly revise an existing course to make it more international.

The International Spring Seminar for Faculty provides KU faculty an opportunity to present and discuss works in progress on a global or international theme.
